If no satisfactory reply is received within one month of the second letter, you may submit your dispute to the mediator by whichever of the following methods you choose:

Whatever the means used to refer the matter to the CMAP, the request must contain the following elements in order to be processed quickly: the postal, email and telephone contact details and the names and addresses of the parties to the disputes; a brief presentation of the facts; a copy of the two written claims prior to the referral of the matter to the CMAP
